Description:The Denturist Technology diploma program is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and hands-on experience you’ll need to assess, design, fabricate and insert complete and partial dentures.

NAIT’s 3-year Denturist Technology program includes 2 years of theoretical and technical training and 1 year of practicum placement in a clinical environment. You will also have the opportunity to practice on state-of-the-art equipment in one of NAIT’s 9 dedicated treatment rooms in the NAIT Dental Clinic.

  •  Grade12 Applied Mathematics  or  Grade12 Pure Mathematics  or  Grade12 Mathematics 

Applicants are required to have Grade 12 English; Pure Math 30 or Math 30-1 or 30-2 or Applied Math 30; Biology 30; and one of: Science 30, Physics 30, Chemistry 30, Math 31, Social Studies 30-1 or a 30-level language other than English.

Test Scores:
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 83] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6]

ELP Requirement is one of the following: 1.TOEFL IBT (Internet Based) - 83 (23 in the Speaking component, 20 in the Reading component, 20 in the Listening component, 20 in the Writing component) OR 2. IELTS (Academic Format) - 6 (with minimum band scores for each component - 6.5 in the Speaking component, 6.0 in the Reading component, 6.0 in the Listening component, 6.0 in the Writing component).
