Checking out a university’s view book and website can be a great starting point when you’re exploring your post-secondary options. But what about when you just want to find out a little bit more? Making time to visit in person or attend events on campus, like an open house, can be a fun and exciting way to get ready for post-secondary! Plus, you can even score some great giveaways and prizes.

KPU has two open house events coming up this fall—Friday, October 19 at KPU Richmond, and Tuesday, November 20 at KPU Tech in Cloverdale. Both events are completely free, open to the public, and present an ideal opportunity for you to explore the campus, meet with current students, alumni, and faculty in person, and even enter to win a waiver for free tuition! Bring your questions and speak directly with representatives from a variety of programs, faculties, and student service areas. Both open house events include hands-on activities, demonstrations, presentations, and guided campus tours where you can get a first-hand look at classrooms, lab spaces, workshops, and more. As a bonus, if you’re ready, you can even apply to KPU on the spot!

The Richmond campus is home to a breadth of arts, business, and science courses, in addition to housing the Wilson School of Design, while the KPU Tech campus supports our trades and technology programs, and in-school apprenticeship training. KPU also has campuses in Surrey and Langley, with a fifth opening in early 2019, Civic Plaza, in Surrey City Centre. Be sure to check back for more open house dates in the future!

Can’t make it to an open house? Come chat with us at your leisure! The Future Students’ Office hosts drop-in sessions at all KPU campuses. No appointment is necessary and you can choose the campus locations that’s convenient for you, regardless of what program you’re interested in. For more information, contact the Future Students’ Office directly at study@kpu.ca or 604.599.3030.
