The Child and Youth Care program at Vancouver Island University will provide you with the theoretical and practical knowledge to work with children, youth and families in a therapeutic setting. You see our graduates everywhere supporting children and families including in schools, substance use, mental health and early intervention programs, in family support and child protection and also in recreational and outdoor programs.
