Welcome to the “Being Well” series.  In this series Maria Walsh, a UNBC Counsellor, will explore different ideas and strategies to increase your well-being and quality of life.

Please Note:

Some attendees will be comfortable to interact the way we do in most virtual meetings, however to help everyone feel safe and comfortable, here are some ideas you might want to consider:

  1. Use a pseudonym
