Description:As part of the School of MEM, King’s Accounting degree is approved by CPA Ontario for entry into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP), a must for anyone seeking to become a qualified accountant in Ontario. Students may not apply to the MOS Honors Specialization in Accounting when they apply for admission to the University. After first year, students may apply for admission upon completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 73%, and no grade less than 60% in, the following 3.0 principal courses: 1.0 course: Business Administration 1220E; 0.5 course from: Calculus 1000A/B, Mathematics 1225A/B; 0.5 course from: Calculus 1301A/B, 1501A/B, Mathematics 1229A/B, 1600A/B; 1.0 course: Economics 1021A/B and 1022A/B.

Test Scores:
  • Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.5] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 85] or Test of Written English (part of TOEFL) [min. 4.5]
