Very little change in the biology program rankings this year, with the top five firmly entrenched. We do see a bit of movement — Queen's has risen to 10th place from 14th last year — but overall, the big names remain the same in biology.

Maclean's rankings are based on the program's reputation, research reputation, and a measure of the program's publications and citations. Check out the rankings for 2020:
