$2,000 | Deadline: Aug. 31 Annually
The Canada Post Aboriginal Education Incentive Awards celebrate the hard work and determination of individuals of Aboriginal heritage who have embraced a renewed pursuit of learning. The awards are open to all Aboriginal Canadians who have been out of school for at least one year, who have since decided to return to an educational system, and who have been back at school for at least one full year.
$5,000 | Deadline: Aug. 31 Annually
Are you a leader? Do you have big dreams and goals to change your community and help others?
This award is comprised of two $5,000 awards that will be distributed annually to two Indigenous students from Ontario pursuing their first year of post-secondary studies.
$4,000 | Deadline: Aug. 8, 2022
The Bank of Canada’s Scholarship and Work Placement Program is designed to assist students with disabilities and Indigenous students in furthering their education and to encourage them to take an interest in the work performed by the Bank of Canada. The initial $4,000 CAD is disbursed in one instalment once the recipient has accepted the scholarship award. The scholarship is renewable for up to a maximum of $16,000 CAD over four years.
