A four-year award valued at approximately $150,000
The Loran Award offers a four-year leadership-enrichment program, financial support for undergrad, diverse opportunities for experiential learning, and a long-term supportive community of peers and mentors—people who will inspire and motivate you in your pursuit to make a difference.
Offered in partnership with 25 Canadian universities, and renewable for up to four years, the Loran Award is valued at approximately $150,000 over four years of undergraduate study.
What Loran Scholars receive
As a Loran Scholar, you will benefit from a comprehensive, four-year leadership enrichment program, including skill and capacity building, experiential learning across the public policy, enterprise, and community development sectors, and immersive learning in different parts of Canada and abroad.

The award also includes financial support: an annual stipend of $12,000, an annual tuition waiver tenable at one of Loran's partner universities, and up to $14,000 for the summer experiential learning program.
