| Description: | Most biological disciplines rely on analyses at the molecular level and the use of molecular biology to manipulate genes and proteins. Our MSc will train you to become an active and engaged researcher in this field. You’ll spend a large part of your course researching real biological problems in a research-active laboratory. You'll closely interact with your supervisor and becoming part of their research group. Our collaborative links with the Genome Damage and Stability Centre, Brighton and Sussex Medical School and Sussex Neuroscience will give you opportunities to experience cutting-edge research projects across many areas of modern bioscience. Our state-of-the-art facilities include the Sussex Centre for Advanced Microscopy. |
