| Description: | The Master of Education in Holistic School Health and Well-Being at Cape Breton University (CBU) provides educators with an innovative and comprehensive approach to supporting the overall well-being of students within the educational system. This program equips educators with the necessary knowledge and skills to foster healthier school environments that prioritize physical, mental, and emotional health, alongside academic achievement. The program is designed for teachers and other education professionals eager to enhance their expertise in promoting health, inclusivity, and sustainability in school communities.
The MEd in Holistic School Health and Well-Being focuses on the integration of health-promoting practices with academic learning. Through coursework and field-based experiences, students will explore the interconnections between physical health, mental health, inclusive education, sustainability, and community engagement.
