If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma, a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or an internationally educated nurse, the Nursing Post-Diploma degree program at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) will build your theoretical knowledge and practical skills. You'll be positioned to respond to current and emerging needs of society, the health care system and the nursing profession. This Nursing Post-Diploma program gives you the choice between a mix of in-person and hybrid learning, or 100% online, with in-person clinical placements. Building on your varied experience in the field, you'll gain the ability to navigate the evolving complexities of the system and profession. You'll also be equipped to write the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), apply to register with the College of Nurses of Ontario and pursue positions as an RN in a variety of settings after graduating.

Candidates must submit:

• Academic transcripts including promotion/graduation status from all nursing and other post-secondary level studies, indicating specific courses and grades.
• A photocopy of current Ontario Certificate of Registration (or provincial or territorial equivalent) or proof of eligibility for the same.
