Economics is the study of how economies function and how wise economic policies can improve human development. As an economist, you can play a role in designing and implementing economic policies to improve human existence at local, regional, national, or international levels, or at the level of enterprises or non-governmental organizations. You will develop a wide range of analytical skills that can be applied to an equally wide range of employment opportunities. |
