Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU)'s internationally renowned Image Arts: Photography Media Arts degree program enables students to create images that captivate, challenge and inspire viewers . Here you'll explore still, moving and digital imagery as you mix and match contemporary arts, documentary, editorial, commercial and more. From cameras and lighting to graphic design and curation, you'll develop your creative and analytical skills through interactive cross-platform and cross-disciplinary art practices. You'll access state-of-the-art cameras, lenses, lighting and facilities, including darkrooms, edit suites and The Image Centre, Canada's top facility for photography research and exhibition. Thanks to internships, workshops, interdisciplinary collaborations and practical assignments you'll enhance your studies and produce professional-level work before you graduate.

•  Grade12 English  or  Grade12 English (ENG4U)  or  Grade12 English (EAE4U) 

Completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), 6 Grade 12 U or M courses with a minimum overall average of 70%, and the following required Grade 12 U courses (minimum grade of 70% in each):

• English/anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred)

Applicants not educated in Ontario must submit evidence of education equivalent to the OSSD with six Grade 12 U or M courses.
