Description:Our Honours program provides core training in four sub-disciplines of chemistry: analytical, inorganic, organic and physical. In upper years (Levels III and IV), students can focus on a sub-discipline(s) of their choice. Laboratory courses provide a research-like environment where students work on individualized projects. They can receive further research experience by working with a faculty member through paid summer employment and research-based courses such as the senior thesis capstone course.

Students who have been asked to meet McMaster’s English Language Proficiency requirement must demonstrate English language proficiency by achieving the minimum requirements as specified by McMaster: IELTS: 6.5, CAE: 190, PTE: 60, CAEL: 70, TOEFL (iBT): 86, DUO: 115.
