| Description: | The Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for receiving prescriptions, drug preparation, clerical and computer duties, inventory management and customer service in the dispensary. Pharmacy Assistants must at all times work directly under the supervision and guidance of the Pharmacist. The role is meant to assist the Pharmacist in the dispensing process of the product to allow the Pharmacist to have more time to provide pharmaceutical care. |
