Description:The Civil Engineering Technology advanced diploma program is a three-year co-op program that focuses on the design and construction of various types of Civil Engineering projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, heavy industrial, rail and transit, storm, sanitary and water systems. Students learn the theoretical aspects of various construction technologies in the lecture classes and then work hands-on with actual project drawing sets in the labs. This program also teaches BIM (Building Information Modelling) as well as CIM (Civil Information Modelling) through the use of the latest industry-standard software.

Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (if applying as a mature student 19 years of age or older), with completion of Grade 12 English (C or U), and either Grade 11 Math (M or U) or Grade 12 (C or U).

  • International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6.0] or Canadian Academic English Language Assessment [min. 60] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 80]
