Description:The Electrical and Biomedical Engineering program is a five-year program where students are required to complete core Electrical and Computer Engineering courses in addition to project- and design-based courses from the iBioMed program.

The 20th century has witnessed the emergence of biology and medicine as disciplines of technological innovation. Scientific and technological advances in biomedicine, as well as ongoing debates about Canada's national health care system have generated strong social and economic interests in the development of biomedical technologies.

Students who have been asked to meet McMaster’s English Language Proficiency requirement must demonstrate English language proficiency by achieving the minimum requirements as specified by McMaster: IELTS: 6.5, CAE: 190, PTE: 60, CAEL: 70, TOEFL (iBT): 86, DUO: 115.
