| Description: | This program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, practical skills, and professionalism required to assist physiotherapists in the safe, effective and ethical delivery of evidence informed physiotherapy services. Through classroom, lab and clinical experience, students acquire a theoretical and technical foundation in areas such as anatomy and kinesiology, human development, pathology, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, and physical agents and modalities. The program also emphasizes the communication, interpersonal, and reflective practice skills required to become lifelong learners and effective members of the healthcare team.
