To determine English proficiency, an applicant may be asked to submit a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) the International English Language Testing system (IELTS) score: an applicant must achieve a score of 88 or better on the TOEFL test (213 for the computer-based test), a score of 6.5 on the IELTS, with no band below 6, or 70 on the CAEL, with no part below 60.
