UQ’s innovative Bachelor of Nursing program was developed in consultation with patients, students, professional associations and industry partners. It adopts a narrative and inquiry-based approach to learning, integrating clinical placements in major teaching hospitals and community and other healthcare settings. You'll be hands-on right from the start, and undertake up to 880 hours of supervised clinical placements in a range of clinical settings, including hospitals, critical care, emergency medicine, paediatrics, aged care, rural and mental health.
