Applicants are required to have: an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), a minimum of six Grade 12 4U or 4M courses, including program specific prerequisites, a minimum 70% overall final average, ENG 4U with a minimum of 60%, SBI4U, SCH4U, and one of the following: Advanced Functions (MHF4U), Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U) or Data Management (MDM4U).

Description

Kinesiology students at Trent gain career- ready experience with opportunities for active learning. Students will have a chance to work alongside leading experts in cutting-edge facilities, like Trent’s fully equipped exercise physiology lab.

This hands-on, career-track degree teaches you the knowledge and skills to become a highly skilled and career-ready practitioner of kinesiology (the study of human movement).

You will learn how to prescribe customized exercise programs and analyze movement patterns for a variety of individuals. As a Trent Kinesiology student, you are encouraged to apply your learning – in the lab and out in the community – working with everyone from high-performance athletes to senior citizens.
