| Description | Transforming the lives of children and youth facing adversity requires knowledge of the specialized theories and techniques needed to advocate for their rights. In the Child and Youth Care degree program, you'll learn to design and implement developmental, preventative and therapeutic programs. Further exploration of policy areas, research and advocacy options will equip you with the skills you need to make an impact. You'll gain experience with small interactive classes, live actor simulations, local and international internships and mentoring opportunities.
