| Description | The Individualized Community Adult Reading Education (ICARE) Program helps English-speaking adults who want to improve their basic reading, writing and/or numeracy skills by matching them with a trained volunteer literacy tutor. Assessments and tutoring are provided free of charge. A learner works with a tutor once a week at a time and place convenient for both. | | |
