| Description | This program provides adult immigrants with English from beginner to intermediate levels. The LINC program at VCC will provide students English language training from Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 1 through 6. Students will work to improve their skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. The course content will help students gain knowledge about community resources and life in Canada. The program also helps students build their confidence and independence in their abilities to access services and participate in Canadian society. | | |
