Description

Humber’s fully online Honours Bachelor of Community Development degree completion program offers a unique blend of theory and practice-based experience that can be completed in as quickly as 2 years. The degree consists of four semesters and a 420-hour field experience and builds upon previously developed knowledge and skills acquired in a related human services diploma or a mix of credential and relevant work experience.

Students will refine their skillset in effectively engaging communities, building capacity for change, leading projects, organizational management, navigating public policy as well as community driven, assets-based advocacy. Humber’s Bachelor of Community Development offers students the opportunity to enhance their professional career and take it to the next level by providing flexible access to a recognized degree in the field of community development. Students admitted to the program will enter directly into Year 3.
