| Description | The relationship between a person with a mental illness and the nurse is central to helping them back to mental health. This course emphasises the development of appropriate communication and interpersonal skills through interactive learning in practice settings such as hospitals, prisons, service users’ homes, residential centres, specialist clinics and other community settings.
This course leads to both an Honours degree and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, allowing you to practise as a mental health nurse and in accordance with the NHS Constitution. | | |
